Equipping Financial Leaders to Detect, Disrupt, and Respond to Human Trafficking, Child Exploitation, Elder Fraud, and Scams.
Financial institutions are on the frontlines of human crimes, uniquely positioned to stop exploitation at its source by recognizing the financial clues hiding in plain sight.
Six public financial institutions displayed exemplary leadership by joining the inaugural cohort of The Knoble's Human Crime Specialist certification, the first program of its kind built to turn the financial system into an active barrier against human exploitation and a movement to eliminate all forms of trafficking.
Purpose
To honor the leadership of six public financial institutions that adopted the HCSprogram by transforming their standards, embedding human crime awareness into institutional policy, and contributing to an industry-widemovement to eliminate all forms of trafficking.
Why
Human trafficking, child exploitation, elder abuse, and scams are growing risks that financial compliance and fraud divisions are uniquely equipped to address. Yet regulations have not kept pace. The HCS program bridges that gap, giving institutions the structure, training, and common language to act with purpose and precision.
The HCS designation is the first of its kind, providing transparency across financialinstitutions through a centralized program that establishes best practices, shared language, and a defined role dedicated to protecting people behind every transaction.
