An accredited investor must meet the requirements listed below.
An accredited investor must meet at least one of the following requirements: Annual income of at least $200,000 or joint income with spouse in excess of $300,000 (for two most recent consecutive years), and expectation of the same level of income in the current year OR Has a net worth of $1 million or more, either individually or together with a spouse, but excluding the value of the primary residence. OR “Knowledgeable Employee” OR Executive Officer, Director, Trustee, General Partner, and certain other knowledgeable employees of the issuer, or General Partner of the General Partner of the issuer. OR Hold certification, designation or credentials in good standing (Series 7, 65 or 82 license).
