A serial entrepreneur, investor, and U.S. Army veteran, he brings decades of experience in leadership, technology, and venture creation to his role as General Partner at Eagle Venture Fund.
Wade began his career as an Airborne Ranger, earning a Bronze Star for his service during the Gulf War. He later joined Mobil Corporation, where he rose to lead a $150M national business unit, and then the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as a strategy consultant.
As a founder, Wade has launched 25 software companies and three venture studios. His exits include a fintech acquired by JPMorgan and an exit to a private equity firm that achieved a 68x investor return. He’s invested in over 100 startups and founded ten of Eagle’s current portfolio companies.
