Rai Buhr serves entrepreneurs who are innovating to create a more sustainable and flourishing world. As a General Partner at Eagle Venture Fund, he leads the firm’s investment themes in energy and natural resources, applying decades of operational and strategic experience to identify ventures that balance performance with stewardship.
Before joining Eagle, Rai worked in management consulting with a focus on turnaround initiatives and crisis management, serving as lead partner for several European startups. His earlier career in enterprise technology, including roles at IBM and in ERP systems, built his expertise in strategy and holds a degree in value engineering.
I’m motivated by the joy of aligning my work with my Father’s will — building ventures that steward creation and sustain life.
