Raffaele (“Raffi”) Carmine serves entrepreneurs who are uplifting the world through innovation and integrity. As a General Partner at Eagle Venture Fund, he leads investment strategy across Europe, focusing on ventures that deliver both financial performance and human impact.
Raffi began his career in private and investment banking, advancing to Head of Bond Trading and Director at one of Switzerland’s largest banks. He later completed postgraduate studies in Finance at the Institute of Financial Services Zug IFZ and later earned the Certified International Financial Analyst (CIIA) designation.
After a successful career in finance, Raffi transitioned to entrepreneurship and has since launched over two dozen startups. He also completed a postgraduate program in board governance at the University of Applied Sciences Lucerne and has spent the past decade as an angel investor, board member, and consultant across Europe’s healthcare, technology, and impact sectors.
